The role conducts regular audits for compliance, supports scheduling, and coordinates with external providers, agencies, and legal teams as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare admissions or intake coordination.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, authorizations, and EMR systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the intake process for new patient admissions and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Conduct weekly audits to maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Assist in scheduling patient appointments and coordinate with external providers.
• Interact with state/federal agencies, insurance partners, and inter-hospital partners.
• Attend management meetings and contribute to standard operating procedures.
