Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an Industry Solutions Engineer focused on the Healthcare sector.

This remote role in the United States collaborates with regional sales and solution engineering teams to drive repeatable, outcome-based healthcare plays and assets for security, privacy, and operational resilience. You will translate CISO/CIO/CMO/CFO priorities into concrete success criteria, develop POVs and demos, and help accelerate GTM in provider, payer, and life sciences deals while traveling

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales.
Architectural experience.
Executive presence and technical credibility with healthcare leaders.
Outcome-based selling and POV discipline.
Willingness to travel 50% to support customer engagements.
Track record of rolling out a Go-To-Market for Healthcare.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead domain expert on healthcare to drive customer use cases across security, privacy, compliance, resiliency, and care continuity.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Solution Engineers on IDN, payer, and life sciences deals to provide credibility.
Translate executive priorities into success criteria, POVs, and executive summaries.
Collaborate on GTM assets and demo assets for healthcare use cases.
Coach and enable regional engineers on HIPAA-conscious architecture and buyer mapping.
Represent Splunk/Cisco at healthcare events and user groups.
