Cisco is seeking an Healthcare Industry Solutions Engineer to lead targeted healthcare plays across provider, payer, and life sciences. You will develop repeatable use cases, demos, architectures, and POV kits to support strategic deals and collaborate with account teams to connect Cisco capabilities to healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in solutions engineering or pre-sales with healthcare domain exposure.
- Architectural experience and executive presence with healthcare leaders (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.
- Track record of rolling out a Healthcare Go-To-Market.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead authority on healthcare to drive security, privacy, compliance, operational resiliency and care continuity.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Solution Architects on IDN, payer, and life sciences deals to provide credibility in meetings.
- Translate CISO, CIO, CMO, COO, CFO priorities into success criteria, POVs, and executive summaries.
- Build and maintain healthcare demos, assets, and reference architectures for GTM.
- Coach AMER Solutions Engineers on HIPAA-conscious architectures and buyer mapping.
- Represent Splunk/Cisco at healthcare-focused industry events and user groups.
- Influence product roadmap based on customer and industry trends.
