Job summary

Netskope seeks a Solutions Engineer-Healthcare to join our national team and partner with customers and partners to drive cloud security innovation. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting architecture benefits to security leaders, and leading evaluation processes, POCs, and field-driven engagements across the US.

Travel within the territory is required, with strong emphasis on customer success, collaboration with Product Management, and a track record of solving complex

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Solutions/System Engineer experience at Executive level or architect level.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Experience with systems installation, configuration and administration (Linux, MacOS, Windows).
• Background in cloud security technologies (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS) and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by articulating Netskope's architecture to security leaders.
• Lead demonstrations, PoCs, and evaluation plans with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay feature requests from customers.
• Travel within the territory to support engagements and customer success.
• Present at conferences and respond to RFIs/RFPs as needed.
• Act as customer advocate and differentiate Netskope solutions against competitors.
