Job summary
Imprivata is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions Engineering team. This remote role supports a South Central US–leaning geography; travel up to 50% is expected.
The SE will demonstrate product workflows, build PoCs, and craft SOWs for services engagements, collaborating with Sales Representatives and Channel Partners to close opportunities. The candidate will need strong communication, healthcare IT experience, and the ability to work independently within a team, delivering
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline is required.
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, consulting, or system integration in healthcare IT.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Experience staging demonstrations and PoC evaluations.
- Experience supporting multiple sales/account teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑meeting discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand key requirements.
- Develop and present Imprivata solutions and implementation best practices.
- Articulate business value to both executives and technical audiences.
- Develop proposals and SOWs for services engagements.
- Deliver and manage PoC evaluations.
- Support channel partners with enablement and sales activities.
- Travel up to 50% as needed.
