Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or client onboarding.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and healthcare systems (EDI, claims platforms).
• Adept at problem solving, collaboration, and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients from contract to go-live and expand implementations.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation with clear communication and timely updates.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, IT, claims, compliance, account management, accounting).
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration (claims routing, provider files, reports, invoicing).
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues and escalate to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition to account management.
