Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare implementation or client onboarding, with strong project management, communication, and organizational abilities. A PMP certification is a plus and familiarity with EDI/claims platforms is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with healthcare systems (e.g., EDI, claims platforms).

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients from contract to go-live.
• Serve as primary client liaison during implementation.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration.
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition to account management.
