Job summary

The CORE Institute is seeking an Implementation Engineer to manage implementation planning, coordinate tasks, and oversee on-site deployment at client locations.

This role combines project coordination with hands-on configuration, testing, go-live support, and post-go-live stabilization, while adhering to HIPAA and security standards.

You will collaborate with clinical and IT teams, document as-built records, and ensure a smooth transition to support teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT implementation, deployment, field engineering, or tech project coordination.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects against schedules and milestones.
• Hands-on experience deploying endpoints, network equipment, and site infrastructure.
• Experience providing escalated technical support for deployed systems.
• Willingness to travel to client locations, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the implementation plan, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and target dates.
• Maintain the project schedule and status in the project tracking system.
• Coordinate stakeholders and third-party vendors to drive blockers to closure.
• Stage, configure, image, and deploy endpoints and network equipment at client locations.
• Perform go-live support, post-go-live stabilization, and transition to support teams.
• Produce as-built documentation and asset records for each deployment.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and Hopper security standards during deployment and support.
