HealthMark Group is seeking an organized Operations Associate for Purview to lead customer-facing implementation and deployment efforts across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams.

You will manage project scope, timelines, risks, and communications, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and go-live readiness in a healthcare IT environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full lifecycle of customer-facing software implementations.
• Experience in healthcare IT or regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive timelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer-facing implementation and deployment projects from discovery through closeout.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales and vendors.
• Define scope, deliverables, milestones, risks, and success criteria with customers.
• Manage risks, issues, changes and escalation paths to protect delivery timelines.
• Provide clear technical leadership and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with medical imaging and interoperability standards (DICOM/HL7/FHIR).
• Oversee data migration, runbooks, and go-live readiness.
• Provide training materials and post-launch handoff to support teams.
