Job summary

EnableComp LLC in the healthcare revenue cycle space is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead client onboarding and drive integration into our high-performance product suite. The IPM will coordinate timelines, deliverables and set client expectations while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.

You will work directly with healthcare clients, review status, resolve issues, and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of implementation/technical PM in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in physician office workflow is a plus.
• Extensive familiarity with payer or provider-based healthcare data sets.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Proficient with portfolio management tools, ticketing, Apple tech, and cloud-based document sharing.
• Knowledge of extended medical terminology.
• Reasonable accommodation may be made for disabilities.
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities.
• Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues.
• Consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements.
• Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client’s implementation.
• Manage change and client expectations effectively.
• Maintain real time project status through online project management tools.
• Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team.
• Other duties as required.
