Job summary

Latent Health is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding and deployment for health system customers. You’ll drive timelines, coordination, and successful activation across clinical, IT, integration, and operational stakeholders.

This role requires exceptional organization and a customer-facing presence in a fast-growing healthcare SaaS startup. You will help customers go live efficiently, achieve value quickly, and set them up for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management in healthcare, SaaS implementations, or health IT.
• Strong understanding of healthcare environments including clinical ops and IT workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, meeting facilitation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and stabilization.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with customer IT, clinical ops, and technical teams.
• Serve as primary project contact ensuring clear communication and alignment.
