Job summary

PatientPoint, LLC is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers. You will serve as a key liaison between our Sales, Field Technicians and Clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to service and setting the stage for long-term customer success.

You’ll oversee program rollouts, coordinate with facilities, manage ERP and project plans, supervise field teams, and resolve issues to keep deployments on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale system rollouts in customer-facing environments.
• Experience guiding client relationships through deployment phases from pre-installation to go-live.
• Construction management experience coordinating with subcontractors, facilities and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams and manage deployment logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers.
• Serve as primary liaison between Sales, Field Technicians and Clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Deliver tailored rollout strategies aligned with customer needs and scalability goals.
• Manage ERP systems and project plans to maintain accurate tracking and execution.
• Supervise technicians and field teams to ensure high-quality on-site installations.
• Act as SME for network infrastructure and requirements to support deployments.
• Identify and resolve issues to minimize disruptions and maintain momentum.
• Conduct ad hoc on-site visits to evaluate infrastructure and readiness.
