Job summary

PatientPoint, LLC is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to service. You will coordinate with Sales, Field Technicians and Clients to deliver high-quality experiences and drive long-term customer success.

The role requires managing multi-site deployments, aligning client needs with timelines, and acting as the primary liaison across internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects in customer-facing environments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end deployments across multiple sites and align client requirements, timelines, and technical execution.
• Track record of guiding client relationships through all deployment phases, from pre-installation to go-live support.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for all new customers.
• Serve as the central liaison between Sales, Field Technicians and Clients.
• Provide planning and direction for program rollouts, including construction and facility readiness.
