Job summary

PatientPoint, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installation and product implementations for new customers.

You will coordinate with Sales, Field Technicians, and Clients to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience. Responsibilities include strategic program oversight, on-site installation supervision, ERP coordination, and proactive issue resolution to support successful go-lives in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects.
• Experience guiding client relationships through deployment phases.
• Strong ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers.
• Provide strategic program oversight, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
• Serve as central point of contact throughout installation journey.
• Coordinate ERP logistics and project plans to ensure accurate tracking.
• Supervise field technicians and on-site installations, resolving issues.
