Job summary

PatientPoint, LLC is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Field Technicians and Clients to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service and a high-quality onboarding experience.

The role requires expertise in managing multi-site deployments, strong customer-focused communication, and hands-on oversight of field teams.

Qualifications

3+ years leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects in customer-facing environments.
Experience guiding client relationships through deployment from pre-installation to go-live support.
Ability to set expectations and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers.
Serve as primary liaison between Sales, Field Technicians and Clients.
Deliver tailored rollout recommendations aligned with customer needs and scalability.
Manage ERP system logistics and project plans to ensure accurate tracking and execution.
Supervise technicians and field teams for high-quality on-site installations and issue resolution.
Act as SME for network infrastructure and deployment requirements.
Identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges to minimize disruptions.
Perform ad hoc on-site field visits for readiness assessment.
