Banner Health seeks an experienced Guest Services Liaison for our new Scottsdale facility, opening early 2027. You will train at Banner Arcadia Medical Center in Phoenix until opening, delivering frontline concierge service to patients, families and visitors.

You will greet guests, guide them, handle special requests, coordinate access, and connect guests with resources across departments, ensuring a safe, welcoming and seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Meets, greets and assists patients and guests with information about services and the facility.
• Responds to special requests and assists with scheduling transportation or other services.
• Gathers and provides information to patients about the facility and local amenities.
• Coordinates needs with other departments to resolve requests.
• Manages visitor access and acts as liaison between visitors and staff.
• Answers phones, takes messages, and relays information as needed.
• Provides tours of the facility and guides guests to appropriate areas.
