Job summary

Banner Health is opening a new Scottsdale facility and is seeking a patient concierge to provide courteous, high-level service to patients and guests. You will assist with wayfinding, respond to special requests, and coordinate access to care areas, while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure a positive, safe experience.

Training occurs at 4200 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix before transitioning to Hayden Rd, Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates courteous, professional interaction with patients and visitors.
• Able to communicate clearly and listen effectively in busy environments.
• Skilled in guiding patients and guests with composure and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Meets, greets and assists patients and guests with information about services.
• Arranges transportation or other services to meet patient needs.
• Gathers and shares information about local area amenities and facilities.
• Coordinates access to care delivery areas and relays visitor concerns to staff.
• Answers phones, takes messages and relays information as needed.
• Provides facility tours and escorts customers to appropriate areas.
• Performs duties with minimal supervision while ensuring a positive experience.
• Supports patients, families and community with courteous service.
