You will coordinate with other departments, arrange transportation, answer inquiries, give facility tours, and support guests with their needs under minimal supervision to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to handle ongoing face-to-face contact with patients, guests and staff.
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills to interact pleasantly and calmly with patients, guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests and provide general information about services, the facility, and the local area.
• Coordinate and respond to special requests; assist with transportation or other services as needed.
• Provide information about property and local amenities to patients and guests.
• Coordinate patient needs with other departments and liaise with staff to resolve requests.
• Assist with visitor access and act as a liaison between visitors and staff; relay concerns as needed.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, take and relay messages.
• Provide tours of the facility and guide guests to the appropriate areas.
• Support daily operations with minimal supervision and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
