The role will be remote initially, with on-site responsibilities at Banner Health locations until opening, leading Administrative Medical Assistants and Nurse Navigators across ambulatory practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible clinical care experience in ambulatory or large healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for ambulatory clinical staff.
• Develop and implement clinical standards and surveys.
• Monitor performance using data and outcomes.
• Promote patient safety and just culture.
• Coordinate with leaders to implement system-wide care standards.
