The Clerical Supervisor leads daily admin operations for Front Desk, Records & Disability, Pre-Certification, Test & Scheduling, and Workers' Compensation, ensuring registration accuracy, scheduling, and patient communication.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in medical registration, scheduling, patient services, or comparable healthcare operations is preferred.
• Minimum one year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple scheduling, registration, payment, and communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and assign daily work for staff across Front Desk, Records and Disability, Pre-Certification, Test and Scheduling, and Workers' Compensation.
• Oversee registration, insurance updates, check-in, scheduling, and referrals; coordinate patient access functions.
• Promote accurate use of EMR and patient-arrival technology; manage workflow and queues.
