Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. You will greet patients and visitors, support admissions, and assist with front desk operations in a healthcare setting.

The role requires compassion, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm when interacting with individuals at various stages of intoxication or withdrawal. Narcan administration is possible with training provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; medical/behavioral health admin training is a plus.
• Healthcare/behavioral health or SUD setting experience required.
• At least 1 year in receptionist/administrative role preferred.
• Ability to engage calmly with distressed or intoxicated individuals.
• Clear verbal and written communication; HIPAA and confidentiality awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, visitors, and guests professionally.
• Facilitate admission, including distressed individuals.
• Administer Narcan in emergencies (training provided).
• Answer and route calls with urgency and accuracy.
• Assist interviewees with check-in and directions.
• Manage mail, packages, and deliveries per procedures.
• Maintain a tidy front desk and lobby reflecting RCA standards.
