Job summary

Basecamp Recovery LLC in Columbus, OH seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to deliver outstanding client and visitor service at our recovery center. You will greet, check in, answer questions, and support admissions while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, and coordinating with clinical staff; managing logs in the EHR system; handling calls and messages; and preserving confidentiality of PHI in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or front-facing role in healthcare/recovery preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills with a professional, compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and check in clients and visitors.
• Maintain front desk and lobby, forms, documentation.
• Supervise waiting area and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere.
• Answer calls, relay messages, and coordinate with staff.
• Schedule and update client appointments in the EHR system.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and HIPAA compliance.
