Ascension is seeking a part-time front desk professional for the WauwatosaAmbulatory Center in Milwaukee. You will check patients in/out, verify demographics, handle documentation, and support clerical tasks within the Electrophysiology department.

The role includes obtaining insurance authorizations, scheduling appointments, entering charges, and collecting co-pays. Prior medical front desk experience and Epic systems knowledge are highly preferred; 24 hours per week, daytime shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or 1 year of related job experience preferred.
• Professional licensure not required.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and visitors, check in/out, verify demographics and collect documentation.
• Verify insurance authorizations and schedule patient appointments.
• Enter and submit charges, collect co-payments, reconcile daily reports.
• Provide general office and clerical support to the assigned area.
