Ascension's Grafton Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Medical Administrative Assistant to manage front-desk activities, greet visitors, handle check-in/out, and coordinate appointments. You will verify patient demographics and insurance, collect co-pays, and support billing and scheduling while using Epic and multi-line phones.

This role requires a High School equivalency or 1 year experience; CMAA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience.
• CMAA certification is a plus and may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk check-in/out and appointments.
• Verify patient demographics and obtain insurance authorizations.
• Collect co-pays/deductions and reconcile related reports.
• Answer calls, screen messages and provide clerical support.
