Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and PHI.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients in person or by phone or secure messaging.
• Verify patient information and complete registration in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Collect and process payments and educate patients on financial options.
• Obtain insurance cards, IDs, and signatures; assist with forms.
