Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience with interactions with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.
• Ability to protect PHI and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients and verify information.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Enter/update demographic data in the registration system and EMR.
• Assist with insurance verification and pre-certification processing.
• Collect payments and educate patients on financial assistance.
