Conviva Senior Primary Care in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Receptionist 1 to support a patient-centered care environment. You will route calls, greet visitors, and assist with light administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.

The role is patient-facing and located on-site on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year in healthcare or strong customer service, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Route incoming and outgoing telephone calls accurately and promptly.
• Accommodate visitors and issue visitor passes; maintain visitor logs.
• Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone; take and distribute messages.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office, department or employee.
• Respond to routine inquiries about location, hours, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Book meeting rooms and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks (mail, courier).
• Work under supervision within defined policies, standards, and timings.
