Elevate Care is seeking a seasoned Business Office Manager to lead finance, budgeting, billing, payroll and office operations in a healthcare setting. You’ll partner with department leaders to align financial strategy with patient care goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements.

Qualified candidates have a finance degree, healthcare experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency with financial software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial coordination and office management, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Financial Oversight: budgeting, billing, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Business Office Management: AR/AP, payroll, and vendor relations.
• Data Analysis: leverage financial data to drive strategic decisions and improvements.
• Compliance & Auditing: ensure activities meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Collaboration: work with department heads to align financial strategies with goals.
