Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners seeks an experienced Business Office Manager to lead the office operations in a healthcare setting, ensuring accurate billing, census records, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with the Administrator.

You will oversee daily PCC tasks, private-pay and Medicare processes, and maintain professional relationships with residents, families, staff, and external agencies while adapting to evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or an Associates Degree in Business/Accounting preferred.
• Experience in business office operations in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, families, staff, physicians, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct PCC daily/weekly/monthly tasks and close checklist.
• Ensure Daily Census Verification is completed.
• Record room, ancillary and miscellaneous charges timely in PCC.
• Follow RUG Billing Triple Check Process continuously.
• Manage private pay billing and Centralized Statement process.
• Handle Medicare ADRs and appeals per procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
