LHH in Greenville, SC is seeking an Account Manager to support a healthcare client in a field-based/hybrid role. You will serve as the primary contact for locations, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and lead frontline teams to deliver excellent service.

This role emphasizes in-field relationship management, operational execution, and timely problem-solving in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, medical practice management, clinic administration, healthcare account management, patient services, or client-facing healthcare leadership.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned healthcare client locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare administrators, office managers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and support frontline service personnel assigned to client locations.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor account performance and implement service improvements as needed.
• Support account growth through exceptional service and relationship management.
• Maintain quality standards, compliance requirements, and operational consistency across assigned locations.
• Respond to urgent client needs and occasional after-hours situations when necessary.
