OnePoint Patient Care is seeking an Account Manager to support our Client Services team. Travel 40% with in-office and field work, focused on healthcare clients.

Bachelor's degree and prior client management or customer service experience in a business-to-business or healthcare setting are preferred. Responsibilities include deploying strategic account management, supporting reports and presentations, CRM-based client tracking, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Experience in client management, customer service, or client support in healthcare or B2B settings preferred.
• Ability to present to all levels of management; strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Axiom; project management and client-facing experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deploys consultative and strategic account management approaches for client success.
• Supports Client Services with report development, incident tracking, and presentations.
• Manages client base using the company CRM; tracks activities, tasks, contacts, and events.
• Documents up-selling opportunities and retention-related activities within CRM.
