Qualifications

• 10–15 years in healthcare planning or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of design standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations including hiring, coaching, and budget management.
• Develop space programs and master plans with AHN leadership.
• Create scope-of-work documents and preliminary test fits.
• Support real estate in feasibility studies and business agreements.
• Lead space planning standards development and architectural specs.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities on compliant designs.
