Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Minimum 10 years in project management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in healthcare industry engagement as employee, consultant, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate complex healthcare construction projects across one or more sites.
• Lead planning, scheduling, procurement, and commissioning activities.
• Develop and enforce policies; manage budgets and resources within financial constraints.
• Ensure designs meet AHN standards, codes, and facility guidelines.
• Provide leadership to a team of Construction Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Engage senior leadership to create facility master plans and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with hospital facility management to align construction with operations.
