Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks a project management professional to support planning, procurement, and deployment of medical equipment across AHN capital projects. You will coordinate clinical, technical, design, procurement, construction, vendor, and facilities stakeholders, with a requirement of three on-site days per week at a CRES office.

You will maintain equipment scope, budgets, schedules, logistics, installation and documentation, and drive process improvements to enhance planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• 3 years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between CRES PM and clinical staff, engineering, supply chain, IT, design, vendors and facilities leaders.
• Participate in meetings from initiation through closeout to define scope, deliverables, roles, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain equipment lists, cut sheets, budgets, delivery and installation schedules, and logistics plans.
• Assess inventory for reuse and coordinate decommissioning or relocation activities.
• Coordinate IT and clinical engineering for networking and inspect deliveries and installations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and safety considerations to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance equipment planning efficiency.
• Demonstrate accountability and professionalism representing AHN and CRES.
• Other duties as assigned.
