Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Facilities Operations Leader to oversee facility operations management and energy strategies across healthcare sites in Pittsburgh. This role involves managing facility infrastructure, energy optimization, operational compliance, and budget responsibility.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, along with significant experience in healthcare facility operations. Strong leadership skills and knowledge of regulatory standards are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, facility management, business administration, or a similar field.
• 7 years of experience with multi-site operational leadership in a healthcare setting.
• 5 years of experience managing facility information and building automation systems.
• 5 years of experience in managing multi-site facility infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Manage hiring decisions and day-to-day operations of the department.
• Oversee operations of facilities infrastructure at hospital and non-hospital locations.
• Provide strategic direction to develop and improve energy performance program.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
• Oversee establishment and approval of annual operating budgets.
