Allegheny Health Network seeks an experienced space planning leader to manage allocations, develop space programs, and guide architectural teams. You will align campus space with long‑term goals and corporate plans, directing internal architects, engineers, and consultants as needed.

The role collaborates with AHN executives, project teams, and city/DOH officials to optimize resources. Required: 10–15 years in healthcare planning and strong CAD/REVIT skills.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in healthcare planning or a related field.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, REVIT).
• Architecture licensure in PA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage space allocations and develop space programs aligned with campus goals.
• Direct internal architects, engineers, and consultants as needed.
• Coordinate strategic planning activities with AHN leadership and city/DOH reps.
• Develop scope of work documents and preliminary test fits.
• Support real estate in feasibility studies and business agreements.
• Maintain space planning standards and project deliverables.
