Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee healthcare facility projects across one or more hospital campuses. You will coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure safety, compliance, and operational readiness.

You will lead a team of project managers and coordinators, partner with senior leadership on master planning, and ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations while aligning with AHN standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Management or leadership role
• 10 years in Project management or equivalent
• 5 years in Healthcare industry engagement as an employee, consultant, or similar

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning of complex construction and installation projects including estimating, scheduling, procurement, and documentation
• Lead a team of Construction Project Managers and Coordinators
• Engage with senior leadership to create a facility master plan and development roadmap
• Coordinate construction requirements with hospital infrastructure ensuring systems function during and after construction
• Ensure designs and processes meet operational norms, safety standards, and AHN guidelines
• Evaluate proposals for complete scope, market-competitive pricing, and procurement compliance
• Manage project timing and budget to align with financial constraints and capital stewardship
• Support procurement of professional services and equipment; prepare presentations for leadership.
