• Establish staffing complement and staff readiness to support a facility 24/7/365.
• Recommend, improve, evaluate, maintain, and administer maintenance and asset programs in support of departmental goals.
• Understand and utilize management tools including budget reports, CMMS dashboards, energy reporting.
• Adhere to regulatory codes; schedule and maintain inspection, tests, maintenance and drills.
• Evaluate root causes of building system failures and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate interdepartmental services; maintain communications with Administration, staff, patients and families.
• Support large scale projects across assigned facilities and ensure timely reporting.
