Advocate Health is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager in Concord, NC. You will lead a 24/7/365 facility operations team, oversee maintenance and asset programs, and manage budgets using CMMS dashboards and energy reporting tools.

The role requires a strong leadership background and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Preferred candidates hold an associate or bachelor’s degree and insurance of a trades license; 5+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare facilities is ideal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Progressive leadership experience: 3 years or 5 years total.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsabilités

• Establish staffing and readiness for 24/7/365 facility operations.
• Recommend and administer maintenance and asset programs.
• Utilize budgets, CMMS dashboards, and energy reporting tools.
• Schedule and record inspections, testing, maintenance and drills.
• Analyze building system failures and implement preventive solutions.
• Support enterprise goals, staffing, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate interdepartmental services and maintain open communications.
• Assist in large-scale project coordination across facilities.
• Standardize record keeping and audit compliance per policies.
• Lead team meetings and distribute department information timely.
• Interface with site administration on budget, productivity and labor.
