Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Center Operations Supervisor to lead daily clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care. You will coordinate schedules, coverage, onboarding, and performance—driving efficiency and patient experience.

The role requires collaboration with the Practice Manager and Medical Director, and a proactive approach to improving workflows and service delivery across the center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience in a customer service setting.
• 1+ year experience leading a team preferred.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support front desk coverage and contribute to service teamwork.
• Monitor staff's attendance and coverage plans.
• Monitor provider schedules daily for patient flow.
• Manage transportation schedule to maximize resources.
• Complete daily operational rounds to confirm tasks are done.
• Monitor queues, checklists and performance indicators.
• Monitor front desk activities for accuracy and patient experience.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and retention as needed.
• Partner with Practice Manager and Medical Director on workflows.
• Leverage dashboards to drive operational improvements.
• Structure and facilitate service and clinical team huddles.
• Engage in service recovery and resolution efforts.
• Support rollout of new initiatives and procedures.
