Job summary

Oaklawn seeks a Healthcare Practice Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations, staffing, and expense management across one or more clinics. The role partners with OMG Administration to ensure efficient workflows and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or related field and demonstrated management of provider practices, with proficiency in Word/Excel and familiarity with physician incentive programs. Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business-related field, or equivalent combination.
• Experience managing multiple provider practices is preferred.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; knowledge of physician incentive programs (CPC+, PCMH, PGIP) helpful.
• LEAN or Six Sigma experience preferred; strong terminology knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more practice sites, including staffing, patient flow, and expense management.
• Staff selection, training, supervision, evaluations, and discipline in collaboration with OMG Administration.
• Implement systems and standard work to ensure smooth, efficient practice operations.
• Monitor key performance and quality indicators regularly.
• Coordinate with Central Billing and OMG Administration on data input and collection procedures.
• Assist in budget development and monitor budget performance.
