Job summary

NexDine is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Pittsburgh to lead the Plant Operations and Maintenance Department. The role oversees engineering, maintenance, groundskeeping, and janitorial services, ensuring facilities are safe and well-maintained.

The position requires coordinating with safety and operations teams to meet policies and schedules. The candidate will plan preventive maintenance, supervise contractors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability and effective verbal and written skills.
• Experience with training methods and techniques.
• Must maintain safety and infection control policies as per OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Directs all staff in the fulfillment of project assignments, within budget and on schedule.
• Maintains safe working conditions and practices.
• Develops, evaluates, and maintains Preventative Maintenance Programs.
• Prepares and plans department’s operating and capital budget, and forecasts needs of the department.
• Schedules required major equipment purchases, remodeling, and special projects as assigned.
