Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group seeks a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role emphasizes field work, problem solving, and partnering with Operations to keep restaurants safe and efficient.

You will manage preventative maintenance, diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment, and decide when to use internal teams or approved vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, maintenance, or technical roles (multi-unit preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel tri-state area (OH, PA, WV) with most work in Pittsburgh.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurant locations within market.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through vendors.
• Manage work orders using Corrigo or similar system.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
