Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group seeks a hands-on Facilities Manager to lead maintenance for Pittsburgh-area restaurant locations. You will implement preventive programs, diagnose HVAC and refrigeration issues, and work closely with Operations to keep operations safe and efficient.

Travel across the tri-state area is expected, with emphasis on the Pittsburgh market. A strong technician or facilities leadership background in hospitality is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, maintenance, or technical roles, preferably in multi-unit environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurant locations within the designated market.
• Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Assess repairs and decide internal or vendor-based execution.
• Manage and track work orders using a CMMS like Corrigo.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Area Leaders to improve performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
