Job summary

You will guide capital improvements, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with clinical staff and management.

The role requires deep expertise in building systems, life safety, and energy efficiency, with a focus on safety, reliability, and patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of healthcare facilities operations experience or in regulated industries.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare facility codes, life safety systems, Joint Commission standards, OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance for facilities teams across healthcare properties.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance, energy management, and capital improvement plans.
• Guide emergency response procedures with local authorities and contractors.
• Support budgeting for maintenance, utilities, and capital expenditure with detailed reporting.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify safety hazards and code compliance issues.
• Coordinate vendor selection and major system upgrades with contractors.
• Prepare technical reports for owners and senior management on performance and sustainability.
