Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Facilities Manager in Baltimore, MD to serve as the single point of contact for facility operations across client sites. You will coordinate tenant requirements, manage service delivery, and work closely with the Regional Manager and Corporate Real Estate to drive quality facilities services on-site.

The role requires 7+ years in facilities management, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong organizational and supervisory skills, and proficient use of MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis.
• 7+ years industry experience in corporate, third party or consultancy.
• Strong organizational and management abilities.
• Interpersonal and supervisory skills; client facing.
• Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS tools.
• Work in a matrix environment with client, vendors and engineers.
• Supervise vendor performance, including after hours and weekends.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be point of contact for client, building engineers, and vendors for client sites in Baltimore area.
• Oversee delivery of services for multiple client sites.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce costs and increase productivity with Facility Management Lead and client.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Develop and manage expense budgets in coordination with client representative.
• Create monthly/quarterly variance reporting for each property.
• Assist with annual management plan development for buildings in the area.
• Coordinate with building engineering staff and landlords.
• On-site daily presence with client.
