Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of technical experience in building engineering, with HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment maintenance and system design.
• CMMS/BMS knowledge and controls experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client-service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with office software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and maintenance of life safety, mechanical, electrical and building systems.
• Provide strategic direction for maintenance team and ensure 100% uptime where possible.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, capital improvements, and project work.
• Coordinate contractor service contracts and approvals.
• Assist in preparing annual property budgets and reviewing payables.
• Ensure compliance with state/local codes and site SOPs.
• Interface with facility manager on construction activities and tenant renovations.
• Monitor SLA gaps and drive process improvements across sites.
