Job summary

JLL in Seattle is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead site operations for healthcare facilities and office campuses. You will oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, and staff performance to deliver reliable, compliant services.

You will partner with sourcing, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial facilities management or related supervision.
• Experience managing budgets and personnel.
• Regulatory compliance experience including healthcare standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office; ability to operate in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for corporate healthcare facilities and campuses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across site activities.
• Manage budgets and vendor contracts; track KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide leadership, staff development, and safety program enforcement.
