Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a senior operations leader to direct engineering services across multi-building facilities. You will develop strategic plans, oversee service centers, and ensure safe, efficient maintenance programs in a dynamic portfolio.

The role requires 10+ years of supervisory experience, deep knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, engineering technology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of direct supervision of multi-building operations.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and collaborative management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Support building operations through integrated facilities management and engineering
• Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the engineering team
• Manage the service center, security, data management, and EHS teams
• Identify and mitigate risks to client facilities
• Implement and manage computerized maintenance management systems
• Administer the Engineering Services Compliance Program
• Develop and implement training programs based on skills assessments and safety requirements
• Oversee energy management programs implementation
