Yona is seeking a District Manager to lead housekeeping and laundry operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in New Jersey. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while guiding managers toward high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include visiting facilities, providing feedback, staffing, training, budgeting, and maintaining survey readiness. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and related experience strongly desired; high school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Visits each facility in the district to meet with managers and provide feedback on performance.
• Lead housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain clean, sanitary, safe environments.
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided by Yona.
• Train workers in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures; supervise staff.
• Forecasts and plans the purchase of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Maintain staffing levels and oversee hiring/orientation of Environmental Services Managers.
